Comfortably cradling wider-than-average feet, the Chaco Women's ZX/2 Classic Wide Sandal is a supportive companion for the adventurous hiker, seasoned paddler, and casual wearer. This sandal is an excellent choice if you've come to love Chaco Sandals, but desire a bit more room to alleviate cramped feet and toes. The double-strapped webbing provides a custom fit with its pull-through adjustment and secure toe loop. Keeping the straps firmly in place, the ladder lock buckle eliminates excess movement during active use.
Realizing that slippage is a major issue in water, the ZX/2 features a textured polyurethane footbed for extra grip. The anti-odor footbed treatment keeps funky microbes from taking up residence on your beloved sandals, especially after extended treks in humid weather. Plus, the LUVSEAT midsole cushions your every step with its ergonomic, women-specific design. And if that's not enough tech for your outdoor lifestyle, the ChacoGrip rubber sole brings sure-footed stability when you're wading across slippery streams and hiking treacherous terrain.

Returned
The foot bed was hard and uncomfortable. I ordered wide and they still were too slim. They are also clunky. The back heal is open instead of rounded up which was weird to me it felt less supportive.

Chaco makes shoe shopping much easier!
I love my new sandals! The best feature about them is that they came in a wide size. It can be difficult finding shoes that fit well since my feet are wide, but Chaco made it easy to find the right shoe on the first try!

Hard to get on and adjusted.
These sandals are comfortable once you get use the the sole. But for me they are a struggle every time I put them on. I wish the straps had a little elasticity to them.

The only pair you need for vacations
If I had to pick one pair for a month of vacation I would take those. I walked 70miles in 5 days with those shoes: NOT EVEN ONE BLISTER Yes they need to be adjusted, not everyone knows that but the straps slide off so you can adjust them on the part of your feet where they need to, once you find the right fit then you don’t feel them anymore. The sole started to separate from the shoes bed slightly because I walked on very very hot asphalt (120 degrees outside) but I fixed that and they look like new. I have 3 pairs of these and I recommend to size down, I usually wear size 8.5 and I have those chacos in 8 and also in 9, I end up only wearing the ones on size 8, the 9 are a bit longer.

Disappointed
I was excited about the sandals having heard only great things about chacos. I was very disappointed. I found the straps to be very difficult to adjust and no matter how I loosened them they would always tighten back especially around the big toe, to the point it felt as if circulation was being cut off. I tried watching tutorials and videos on adjusting the straps to no luck. I also began to develop blisters on the bottom inside of my foot. These sandals are probably the least comfortable pair I have ever owned.

Nice shoe
Love the shoe, it's well made. But I cannot get the straps right. I wish I'd have gotten one without the toe strap. I hope i get used to them eventually.

Love them!
Love them, the fit is great as the regular width just feels a bit narrow for me. Now if the weather would finally decide to be warm and the snow would go away! Sized correctly!

Good support and comfort, difficult to adjust
Nice width and kept the bottoms of my feet from hurting after walking several miles while on vacation. Downside is the straps are annoying/hard to adjust and can make the shoe uncomfortable. If you plan on going from different terrains that require adjustment like sand, water, etc. it will be annoying having to try and re adjust your shoes. Once adjusted, it’s pretty comfortable. Straps are really long and I had to unfortunately cut them a little otherwise they looked ridiculous.
