Comfort & Quality!
Just as comfy as expected, but have had to make repeated adjustments to the straps to get there and I'm still not sure it's 100% there. One strap on the right shoe is twisted, but doesn't affected wear-ability at all. Part of me wished I'd bought the single strap Z again, as they're easier to slide on quickly, but the longer I wear these and have gotten them more adjust to my liking they really grew on me.

Practical and supportive
Very secure and supportive. I was able to run around my job all day and my feet and knees didn’t hurt. Adjusting the straps took a minute to figure out but wasn’t hard and made them very comfortable. Looking forward to seeing how they perform on our next outdoor adventure!

Not great experience
I bought these and they felt great but I only wore them one time when the strap that tightens them came apart and I can no longer wear them and I feel these are a bit expensive for a one wear and done type pair of sandles

Not a fan of this model.
Keeps adjusting by itself and falls off my feet. Strap is too long, toes too tight.

Walking to the top
The wide sandal doesn’t leave blisters on my arches like the regulars I have do. So instantly comfy. Not sure how long they will last, don’t seem as durable as other Chaco but that is the trend these days

Too tight
I bought these shoes (9W) and returned them the same day. I bought a pair years ago and I love them, so I thought it was about time to get another pair. The new pair did not fit. There is one strap that is not adjustable. It is one of the straps that goes from the buckle to the inside foot. On my older pair, the length of this strap is 18.5 cm. On this new pair, the strap is only 16 mm. I could cram my left foot in, but the strap was digging into my foot. I could not get in my right foot in. A HUGE disappointment.

Not the ultimate river/ hiking sandals any longer.
Chacos are not made to the same standard and quality as original company. Sad to see this brand be bought out and brought down in quality.

Perfect for what I wanted
Super comfy. Took a bit to figure out straps for fit since this was my first pair. Love that they came in wide. Sized down to 7 since I’m normally a 7.5.

Not comfortable
I did not like the 2 straps at all, they would not stay tight on my toe, were hard to tighten, and the tighten and loosen strap on top was so long I was stepping on it

Wide width is not that wide
Wide width is not that wide. I have a wide foot but I've never had issues with wide width not being wide enough. This was disappointing bc i was really looking forward to wearing them. I had to return them.
