Not well made
They are cute but not very functional or high-quality for the price. The strap around the back of the foot sits too low and cannot be adjusted to sit higher up so that it doesn’t slide off while walking. Considering this is a platform, a strap that slips so easily could be dangerous. Also, the leather quality is not what I expected. Very thin and already separating when arrived.

Stiff and fit smaller that I would have liked. I’m not sure I’ll get much wear out of them.

DO NOT BUY THESE, THEY WILL RIP!
I had these Chacos for a very short amount of time and they already started ripping. I have has Chacos for 10+ years and have never had anything like this happen before. I was so sad! However, Chaco customer support is great and sent me a different pair of shoes that have been great so far. I am very pleased with how Chaco customer support handled my shoes ripping a few weeks after I got them. 2 stars because customer service was great.

Looks great until they break
I loved these sandals until they broke :( Chacos customer service was great in helping me get a replacement, but after a few wears the replacements broke also! The back strap just eventually comes unglued/unstitched and detaches from the footbed. I wish I could recommend these, but that's a serious design flaw

Do not buy! Strap rips very easily!
I am very disappointed in these shoes. I have worn these shoes less than 8 times and both straps have ripped. I would not recommend buying, not worth the money and hassle of having to walk around in broken shoes for the day. Chacos is a brand that I love and trust but these shoes are making me question the durability of chacos.

Everyday
So pleased with new sandle design with some elevation. I’m telling you, there have been more second looks at these. I have two pair and with one I’m extending the season with socks.

Townes midform sandal
I got these sandals for a trip to Bali with lots of hiking and walking. They have been great! So comfortable and also very cute. Can be worn for walking around all day or out to a bar. Very versatile shoe. Very happy with the purchase.

Super cute but very fragile!
I was super excited about these shoes but the strap broke within 20 minutes of wearing. Had to drive home to get a different pair of shoes for work. I tried to reach out to Chaco about a warranty but never heard back.
