Slick Boot

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Height: 5'9"
  • Weight: 145lbs

This boot was such a great buy! They are extremely comfortable and have a nice fit for them. I have trouble finding shoes that fit my wide foot and these are perfect. I had these for some time to really put them to the test and wow! The durability of these is fantastic as well. And being a neutral color, they are my go-to shoes.

Cool boots

Got these to use for backpacking and camping but also because they look really cool and unique. They’re super comfortable and really high quality but after taking them on a hike on a 70 degree day, my feet got pretty swampy and I realized their greatest strong suit is not breathabity. For that reason, I decided to exchange them for something more breathable and lighter weight.

On another not the laces that come with them are too long but that wasn’t a huge deal, just have to double knot them to take up some length. Still though, you could shave 4” off them and have plenty of length.

Peak Meets Street

  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 9.5

Dig the style on these, feels like a high-top sneaker bred with a classic mountaineering boot. While the sweet style from Chaco is a bit surprising - the quality materials and construction certainly isn't.

Incredibly comfortable, slightly narrow

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Just when I though I couldn’t be a bigger fan of Chaco, I discover their Teton boot! Over the past few years I’ve been exceptionally impressed with the quality and comfort of my Chaco sandals. So far, I’ve been equally impressed with my Teton boots. I wear them to work (nearly everyday), to the ski hill, the grocery store, the bar, etc. Basically, these boots are comfortable and stylish enough to wear everyday and durable enough to do so for a long time to come. Love these boots!

Best Leather Boot I've Ever Owned

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: 12
  • Height: 6'4"
  • Weight: 190lbs

These take about a week or two to break in, but if you give it a chance these are the most comfortable boots ever. The style is great and they can be worn with a boot weight sock or even work great with a thicker sock on a cold day. Overall quality and design are nothing less than I have come to expect from Chaco.

Awesome

Great all-around mountain town wear. They look great dressed up with a nice pair of jeans but they're also more than capable of a casual day exploring in the mountains or a quick after-work hike. After a week or so of wearing them they are insanely comfortable - legitimately the most comfortable pair of casual boots I've ever owned. They are mostly unlined, so i find them most comfortable with a thick pair of boot-weight wool socks.

There are non-insulated and don't have a waterproof membrane so they breathe well and won't overheat your feet if you wear them all day. Even though they don't have a waterproof membrane, they are treated with leather and canvas waterproofing, and they have kept my feet dry. I wouldn't wear them hiking in a monsoon - but they're fine for around town on a rainy day.

I've owned and loved many pairs of Chaco sandals, but this is my first pair of closed-toe footwear from them. Happy to say that the quality, comfort, and attention to detail definitely live up to expectations for the brand. Because they're so comfy and multi-functional, If I were traveling and could only bring one pair of shoes, these would be it.

Casual Mountain Wear Perfected.

These boots are very comfortable! They do have a high arch in the sole and the first couple times you wear them they may feel a little different but after a couple times wearing these boots out they have molded nicely. They are a wider boot. I love the leather and canvas combo. Makes for a lighter boot and it is still water resistant. Perfect for a night out or a casual day on the mountain.

Beautiful Boots

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size
  • Height: 6'2"
  • Weight: 178lbs

These shoes are super comfortable, stylish, and functional. The mix of the canvas and leather upper look great and are also water resistant. It takes a few wear to get them broke in, but the ankle area is extremely comfortable. The toe box/area is a wide and allows your toes to move and splay out. The laces and hook eyelets are nice, burly and supportive. These do not have any insulation so you can wear them with thinner socks or thick socks depending on the weather. Over-all these are a great pair of shoes and have quickly become a favorite pair.
