Stiff and uncomfortable
The sides are hard and hurt my feet. I wore them around the house hoping they'd break in but they're still very uncomfortable.

Doesn’t match up to their traditional sandals.
I was disappointed with the reality of this sandal. It runs small and was very uncomfortable (even if it had fit me correctly. Not the same quality as their tried and true sandals. I think I’ll stick to that style.

Awesome shoes but run small and narrow
We really like these slides. I took 1 star off because they are very narrow on my 10 yr old. We initially bought in her normal size, but had to return and exchange for the next size up. Even after going up a size, the slides are still pretty narrow and tight fighting on her foot with the straps as loose as possible. She got some pretty good blisters this first week or two. But now that the shoes have been broken in, she wears them all the time. Easy to take on and off are our favorite features. Not to mention Chacos amazing durability. We love Chacos.

Great slides, runs small
Great quality, but not the right fit for my daughter. Wished we had ordered anither size up. She still wears them and they have been holding up well.

Too small, returned
Returned, too small, I have another pair of these and they rub the inside of my right food and cause friction burns. Also, I don’t like the zero gravity type position of my foot in these.

Run a little small
I wear a womens size 8 and also wear a childs size 6. Shoe was not true to size and too small. Not worth the cost to send them back. Shoe itself is a good shoe, just run a little small.

Very comfy!
I really like these! They're cushy and easy to slip on and off. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they do have a tendency to slip off my feet while I'm walking, i.e. the material isn't that grippy on skin. Not a huge complaint, though. Just mildly annoying.

Run small... size up 2 sizes if getting girls size
I wear a women's size 5 but decided to size up and also get children's size 4. The girls chaco definitely run small-- extra small. Size up at least 2 sizes if you go with girls sizes. I exchanged the original order of size 4 for a size 6.

Poor design/great color
At first they seemed a bit snug but such a comfortable sole, I thought they would break in. Nope. I have rubbed,raw areas on my insole, especially where the rubber ends. Even loosening them fully doesnt stop the plastic from creating abrasions. Really poor design but cute.
