A little extra support never hurts.
The Castelli Rosso Corsa Support Bra is specifically designed to keep moisture at bay. The fabrics used help to constantly wick moisture away from your skin to the surface for quick evaporation. To speed up this process, Tulle Mesh is added at the sides and back. To ensure support, the Rosso Corsa is designed to support without constricting. The Giro 3 fabric used on the cross back won’t dig into your shoulders, and the eyelet hooks at the back adjust to the perfect fit. The Rosso Corsa is recommended for C/D cups.

- Q & A
Got this for my wife for biking. Said it is very comfortable and doesnât cut into her shoulders.
My wife bought one
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
- Size Bought: L
- Height: 5'0"
- Weight: 120lbs
My wife picked this up to try. I don't have much to add other than she says every girl knows the bra shopping sucks many brands fit differently and every girl is not the same size. So this is what she had to say. I'm a DD cup and this fit me good. But like others have stated I was not pleased with the strap design either. I will probably not be getting any more of this style bra. It's to bad because it is well made just a bad design in the straps. I think I will have to do what others have done and modifie the straps.
Not functional without alterations
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: Medium
- Height: 5'6"
- Weight: 148lbs
As other reviewers stated the strap closure system design is faulty. This product is not functional for its task of supporting my breasts!
In its first wear it was my dream bra come true, but every wear after the straps have come unattached during cycling or even general use (sitting, standing, not overly physical behavior). I washed it according to instructions, and did nothing to otherwise affect the product adversely.
The material and other features are incredible, and if I can successfully alter it with an alternate fastener like those on the front of standard (non sports) bra straps, then I might still order another. This will add to my overall price tag whether a tailor can do this or I do it myself. I do not want to sew it closed as another review mentioned she did successfully, because I appreciate the adjust ability--bodies can change, and quickly, especially for women in childbearing years.
This is otherwise the best bra I've ever worn cycling or otherwise. With a better strap system it might replace every bra I'll ever buy again. SO NEARLY AWESOME! Castelli is an excellent brand, and usually their products have proved to be worthwhile investments for me. I love that they innovate. It seems that no actual woman tested this design before it was put into production. I'm happy to test items like this!
What they said!
This is my first ever negative review.
A bra is only as good as its performance. One of my straps was disconnected right out of the lovely packaging. I did not wear it, but found the strap closures were easily disconnected with a "shake".
A bra in this price range should, at the very least, not "drop" its straps.
Closures are as important to me as materials and fit. I have others that "check" all of those blocks.
This will be a "return" for me.
Works /looks great but strap issues
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I bought this bra last year and it works really well for cycling. I also have the light version of this bra and love it too except for the dreaded "mono-breast" look. This bra definitely looks better on. The only problem are the straps since they unhook. (Sometimes during mid-ride much to the amusement of my male cycling buddies!) However, I like this bra so much, I simply took a good ole needle and thread and affixed the straps firmly. Problem solved.
The Missing Link!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I purchased the "cycle bra" out of sheer necessity; mainly pain over my shoulders/neck from traditional jog bras, and as annoying, regular jog bras do not wick away sweat. After a few cold soggy "underwear" rides in dropping temps, I decided to give it a try. It met my expectations and then some. It is ergonomically designed for cycling position, which instantly took away the constant tension over my shoulders, and no more freezing soggy bras that you certainly notice on the descents; it wicks every ounce of moisture away from your skin and the fabric it self remained dry! It was the missing piece to my winter arsenal of riding apparel. I have since ordered a second one. Pretty sure there will be a 3rd and 4th! Yes, that comfy, pricey but worth it! Sizing info given is accurate.
