The Logo 6 Socks are part of the Castelli polypropylene line. And while they are three centimeters shorter than the Logo 9s, they feature the same lightweight polypropylene knit. This is a hollow-core fiber that works to pull moisture away from your skin to protect your toes from excessive moisture. It is also naturally breathable. To ensure a fit that won’t bunch in your shoes, the knit is tighter around your heel and midfoot and a little more substantial in the other areas of the foot. The cuff is wide knit but stretchy enough to hold your socks up.

My go-to sock...
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Ordered a couple pairs, found that I kept looking for them in my sock drawer, so I ordered several more pairs so I don't run out. Lightweight and thin for summer riding, but durable. Have been on 8+ hour rides in these, and can't find a fault with them.
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
So I bought a pair of these plus the http://www.competitivecyclist.com/castelli-logo-3-socks Logo 3 socks and both are great. They are perfect thickness, thin enough to feel light but not too thin that they feel like they are going to fall apart fast. I tend to like the Logo 3 better just because I come from a running background and prefer the shorter sock. On top of everything else the White/Black version look great. I wear a size 44.5 riding shoe and 11 running shoe and the L/XL fits perfect.
