It's a Giro d'Italia themed merino wool jersey with a patch for montalcino wine, and some logo'ing on the inside for Giro. Fit was on spot for Castelli, if you understand you have to size up. Read their sizing guide. I am 6'1" 180 lbs and took size XL and it's nice and tight but has stretch room, Not baggy though to be clear.
