    Outerspace Living Snowboard

Here to help you showcase your freestyle skills inside and outside of the park, the Capita Outerspace Living Snowboard is a resort-slaying beast with a freestyle-oriented feel. That means you can go from cruising jumps in the park to dropping cliffs and spinning off side hits without skipping a beat. It's essentially the same board as the Indoor Survival, only with a more aggressive camber-dominant profile that appeals to riders who like going big and fast.

A Resort V3 profile gives you both the pop and power needed for conquering steep, variable terrain and sending jumps, as well as keeping the feel loose enough for playing around on rails and when fresh snow falls. Its medium flex is forgiving when you want it to be, but still sturdy enough to handle sticky situations. And with a true twin shape, the Outerspace has no problem dropping in switch. Four lightweight titanal struts just outside the inserts increase the board's strength while also enhancing response. The sustainably-harvested poplar core offers a smooth flex and lightweight feel without the need to destroy vulnerable forests in order to harvest it. This season Capita decided to upgrade it with a new sintered Superdrive EX base to hold up better against impacts and keep you flying faster than ever.

    • Unrestricted freestyle domination across the entire mountain
    • Camber with rocker tips for responsive, yet forgiving ride
    • Twin shape for unrestricted switch riding
    • Medium flex roams the entire mountain with confidence
    • Inlaid titanal struts increase strength
    • Light, snappy core comes for sustainably-harvested trees
    • Superdrive EX sintruded base is extra-dense for glide and durability
    • Capita is leading the charge in snowboard sustainability

Great board for Anyone & Everyone!!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I used this board as my daily driver for 2 and a half seasons and still have it in my quiver, the Outerspace is such a fun and easy riding board regardless of your skill level!! This board has one of my Favorite hybrid Camber profiles to ride, with Camber under foot past the outsides of the feet into Reverse camber in the Tip & Tail. True Twin the Outerspace rides great switch. has good Pop and holds a nice edge on the groomers weather carving or jibbing around the hill. It rides well in the pow thx to having the reverse cambered tip/tail. I like that if you don't feel like charging this can be a fun playful easy riding board yet if you want to get after it this board will give back whatever energy you put into it!! I've been boarding a long time and sometimes go for more aggressive boards but it's nice to have a more mellow option to free-ride the mtn with at times. I rode this board all over CO & Utah, in pow, down steeps and just cruising, I would recommend this board to anyone,

    Easy Style

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Outerspace is one of the funnest boards you can ride if your looking for something affordable to ride every day in every condition. The reverse camber in the nose and tail allow this board to be super fun while lapping in the park, but also floaty on a powder day. Positive camber under foot of a true twin make the Outerspace extremely versatile. It's light weight, snappy and quick around the whole mountain.

    Bang for the buck freeride

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The Outerspace is amazing especially when you consider the price. I think of it as the little brother to the Mercury which is the more aggressive and torsionally stiff all mountain free ride board. The Outerspace is a bit softer, quite a bit less expensive, but still offers the same great camber profile that excels riding pow and getting across variable terrain. Because its a twin and its not super stiff its actually really fun in the park too. If you are on a budget, want something on the more forgiving side, are new to snowboarding, or like rocket-ships, this board is for you.

Between outerspace living and mercury what would be better for intermediate all-mountain/beginner park rider?
