Fabulous mitts
Purchased these gloves for my sister to snow board with. These are super thick mittens that keep your hands super warm. The perfect quiver builder for those deep powder days.

I tried a LOT of pairs of mittens from the various well regarded winter ware brands. These were by far the best. They are so plush inside and help keep your whole body warm.

Recently got Canada Goose down gloves. Wanted the mittens but sold out (black M). These gloves seemed really warm. Used this week in some cold New England ski conditions (temps in the teens Fahrenheit), tips of my fingers just as cold as in my Outdoor Research gloves. I thought these gloves would be much better. I'm a bit disappointed. Skiing was the number one reason for these gloves. They are very warm for just being outside.

Are these gloves machine washable?

Waterproofing: polyurethane? Does that mean waterproof? My experience tells me that the only true waterproof material is Gore-Tex. Everything else is merely water resistant.

I think this review pertains to a different product -- GLOVES, not mittens -- so it is not helpful here.
