    Details

    New, improved, and then some.

Completely redesigned for the release of Campy's new mechanical groupsets, the Campagnolo Chorus 11 4-Arm Crankset showcases a number of significant improvements. The new crank is visually striking, but the changes weren't intended to be cosmetic alone. The new crank's 4-arm bolt pattern allows for the installation of any of Campagnolo's chainring combinations — 50/34, 52/36, or 53/39 — without the need to swap out the entire crank, which was necessary with the old design. Along the way, Campagnolo shaved weight while boosting rigidity, placing the new Chorus 11 crankset on a level of stiffness that eclipses even the stiffest of Campy's last-generation cranks.

The Campagnolo Chorus 11 4-Arm Crankset is available in 170mm, 172.5mm, and 175mm crankarm lengths, and with 50/34-, 52/36-, or 53/39-tooth chainring combinations.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I've been a Campy guy for 25 years; oh, sure, I've dabbled with the alternative lifestyles that are Shimano and SRAM, but my heart will always be in Italy.

Just made the upgrade from 10-speed to 11-speed on my Richard Sachs, and decided to go with the workhorse Chorus group, instead of the spendier Record or Super Record groups.

So far, I'm impressed. Even though the new levers are shaped differently than the old 10-speed Record stuff, they are still super comfortable, still shift just as well (if not better), and are still as sexy to look at as Campy has always been.

Really looking forward to more saddle time outside as we pass out of sprinter and into summer.

    Unanswered Question

Will this crank work without adapters on a 2012 Wilier Cento1 that has a BB93 bottom bracket similar to the 2012 Campy Chorus crankset?

    Unanswered Question

Will these Campy 11 Speed cranks work with a Campy 10 Speed drivetrain? And will these mid 52/36 compact crank sets work with a FD made for a standard 50/30 compact?
