    One pack for many adventures.

Camp USA's M2 Backpack isn't the biggest, most high tech, or most expensive pack on the market, but it certainly is one of the most versatile. It's designed to accompany you on climbing, mountaineering, skiing, and hiking trips, with a design that incorporates ice axe holders, A-frame ski carry, trekking pole loops, and a rope strap to keep your gear locked down, no matter what it is. There's a stowable helmet carry, too, along with side, shoulder strap, and waist belt pockets that keep your small gear, water, and snacks close by. Even when you're fully loaded, the M2's steel wire frame stays and ventilated EVA back panel and shoulder straps carry comfortably and keep you cool. The EZ OP buckles are simple to work, even with gloves on.

    Not what I was expecting.

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

I ended up returning this pack for a few different reasons. It looks like it would be a good little pack for day hikes/peak bagging missions where you might need an ice axe. The A-frame ski carry system doesn't seem all that secure, and the back panel didn't really seem to offer that much support to taller folks like myself.
