Alp Mountain Harness
Facilitating quick on and off without removing your crampons or skis, the Camp USA Alp Mountain Harness maximizes efficiency on serious alpine climbs and ski mountaineering missions. This lightweight, compact harness features innovative load webbing that reduces pressure points, with 3mm waist padding for a comfortable wearing experience.
The legs and waist allow for quick on and off, thanks to CAMP USA's Sicura buckles. These steel auto-locking buckles offer the ability to quickly unthread when saving time is critical. Three gear loops sit alongside six slots for Hub racking carabiners to hold ice screws and tools. As a convenient bonus, the drop seat gives you the ability to use the bathroom when you're on-route.

Great Harness - better than BD Couloir
- I've put it through the wringer
Overall really happy with the harness. I bought it for use as a standard alpine harness. It does take a minute to figure it out however once you do, it goes on pretty quick. While the point of the purchase was for Alpine persuits, I have used this harness several time to go up a mast on sailboat - specifically when travelling when I don't want to bring larger gear. Each time, I am fully supported by the harness for apx. 15 to 20 minutes. The harness is much more comfortable the BD couloir harness in this regards. I tried the couloir for this once and was really comfortable. I realize this is not the style of harness you would pick to hang in, however given the option, why not go with something better like this one. Its marginally heavier and bigger.

Great alpine harness
- I've used it several times
This harness runs small. It's the first unisex harness I had to order a medium in. Other than that, it is a nice alpine harness. It's a little awkward to put on, but once on, you forget you are wearing it. It was perfect for a couple volcanoes in Ecuador.

So far so good
- I've used it several times
I recieved this after another CAMP harness of mine failed and was warranted. This is extremely easy to put on and I prefer the metal connects over plastic buckles. It is what it is, a simple alpine/glacier harness. I would compare this directly to the Black Diamond Couloir. Hopefully it doesn't experience tears like my previous CAMP harness.
