    Start 'em young.

Your little one may not be ready for the resort just yet, but you can get them stoked on shredding early with the Burton Kids' Riglet Snowboard. This soft-flexing beginner board has grippy EVA padding on the topsheet so your young one can get used to standing on a board without feeling locked in by bindings. Burton equipped this board with a Riglet Reel to pull kids around on flat ground before they work their way up to going downhill. However, binding inserts are included for mounting compatible Burton Grom bindings (not included) once junior is ready to strap in for the first time, whether it be on the bunny hill or in the backyard. And once they do start going down hills on their own, the Riglet's up-turned edges prevent any face plants from ruining the fun.

    • Beginner board for the smallest groms
    • Stable profile with catch-free design
    • Ultra-soft flex for easy control
    • EVA pad for binding-less learning
    • Riglet Reel lets you pull kid around
    • Compatible with Burton Grom bindings
    • Burton boards are made by riders, for riders

Got this board for my 1yr old, last year. We live in TX but travel at least once a month during the season to ride wherever the snow is falling. My little guy loves this board. We keep it with his toys at home and he loves being pulled around the house on it. As is, the board works well on carpet or on the grass at home. We also have the hover cover accessory for our tile floors and that works really well too. Last year we kept the bindings off of it at home and he rode on it often around the house. We got out a couple times on the snow with it last season, where it also worked out well. This season he is now 2 and loves it even more. From having it so available to him at home he knows how to strap himself in and out of his bindings, how to stand on it properly and still loves being pulled around the house on it. With no metal edges there is nothing to worry about as far as getting hurt with cuts or taking gouges out of your floor. The leash on front is awesome, on the low angle stuff I use it to get him going and pull him to the lift, on slopes with a little more pitch I spin him around and use it to control his speed going downhill. without him having to hold onto me. He is doing great with this board and it keeps him very interested, he is discovering/learning it on his own at his own pace. highly recommended!

    Perfect board for toddlers

I got this as a Christmas gift last year for my then 2 year old son, he loved it. The quality is what you’d expect from Burton products, the reel is sturdy, and I love that we’ll be able to use the grommet bindings and boots this year! Pro-tip: if you live in a place with mild winters/minimal snow, Burton makes a slip on cover so you can slide on your floor for year round boarding practice! 10/10 recommend this board for the littlest shredders and can’t wait to get my now 2 year old one for Christmas, too.

You can mount bindings and ride on actual snow too, can't you?
