The resort's blip for style and protection.
Board through terrain parks with the Burton Women's Radar Jacket's sharp style and snow-worthy protection. This freeride jacket uses a waterproof breathable DryRide Durashell membrane and taped critical seams to prevent snow from seeping through places that most likely let water in. Body-mapped Thermolite insulation places heavier warmth where you need it most.
Burton backed the Radar Jacket with a Living Lining for versatile climate control. There are zippers under each arm for ventilated airflow, and the powder skirt removes for groomer days. On powder days, the Radar connects to Burton's compatible snowboard pants for complete coverage. The Fulltime Contour hood has a back adjustment for a secure cinch. There are more adjustments at the hem and cuffs, and Burton added an internal pocket designed for electronics or ski goggles.

Sizing Chart Off, Poor Customer Service
- Fit: Runs small
- Size Bought: XS
I bought this based off the sizing chart for an upcoming ski trip and it ran small. The XS would not fit if I wear layers underneath, so I sent it back. According to th UPS tracking, it was returned to Backcountry.com on March 2nd and I still have not been refunded, and I have to look for a new jacket for the trip. Needless to say, if I am planning on ordering a jacket online again, it won't be from Backcountry because over 2 weeks is just too long. I used to love shopping here but since they've gotten bigger I can't recommend this jacket or this website.
is this a shell or is it insulated?
This is an insulated jacket. It has synthetic Thermolite (100/60g) insulation built into the body and sleeves. Feel free to contact me directly with any additional questions.
