Independently tightening over the upper, lower, and achilles, the Dual Zone Boa with Lockdown Tech provides a truly custom fit on the slopes. Keep the upper slightly looser and the lower tighter for a bit more freedom or tighten both for the utmost in power and precision. Either way, it's totally up to you, which is the way Burton intended. Lockdown Tech eliminates lift along the Achilles and heel, ensuring you're locked into the boot when you're carving at high speeds and charging steeps. The Imprint 3 liner features an optional J-Bar interface for extra heel hold, should you opt for the most locked-down fit and feel. This thermo-moldable liner provides a custom fit without nasty pressure points.

Moreover, the liner's Aegis antimicrobial coating prevents funky-smelling microbes after long days on the slopes. Cushioning your feet from cliff drops, choppy snow, and high-speed vibration, the boot's B3 Gel Cushioning dissipates impact and vibration from fatiguing your feet.
