Empty parcel, poor customer service

I reported to CS that the mitten didn’t delivered, as I cannot find them in my parcel. I suspected the packing staff missed out this item as I ordered another similar pair of mittens, but the CS said that’s not their problem and will not be responsible for that. The empty parcel matter also applied to another sock items that I have ordered two packs, which means whenever you ordered two pack of a similar items, Back Country will only deliver one pack to you! They are not going to refund it to you! So the lesson learn is NEVER PURCHASE WITH BACK COUNTRY! *look at the pic, that’s the other pair of mitten i ordered and received, and I have ordered two pack of weekend socks, only the orange pack delivered.

Insanely small

Not sure who could actually wear these mittens. Got a 2T size for my 13 month old and could not even zip them up (no clothes or jacket on).

Upgraded to these mittens this year and the little one loves them. I love them becuase they are easier to keep on with the longer gauntlet. Only issue I have is that they are not really and under cuff and not really an over cuff either.

These Burton Mini Shred Mittens are great for any winter toddler activity. Easy to slip on and off and keeps my littles fingers toasty. Only negative comment I'd make is that they are a little stiff. Not an issue unless you have a toddler demanding snacks and doesn't have the grip strength to pinch fingers and food. Otherwise my winter go to right now!
