Duffey Gore-Tex Pant

You ride through all conditions, so you need pants that can keep up. The Burton Duffey Gore-Tex Pants keep you dry and comfortable throughout long days on the slopes. The Gore-Tex membrane seals out snow and slush while allowing vapor to escape, ensuring that you can ride through long days and finish with dry baselayers. The Duffey is insulated with a light layer of ThermoLite to block chills on cold lift rides, and has mesh-lined vents at the inner thighs so you can release heat when you're riding hard. Leg Lifts use snaps to secure the cuffs, eliminating abrasions from parking lot shenanigans, and the cuffs are reinforced to protect them while extended.

Good quality pants but run VERY large

Familiarity:

I bought these Duffy pants along with another pair of khaki green pants - same color but another brand - and have to return these. The Duffy pants are high quality: nice material and not as crunchy as some Goretex products. Good, deep pockets, zippers, etc. But they run really, really, large. I'm 5'5" and 123 lbs and always take a small in Burton and most other brands. But I'd have to take an XS or XXS in these pants. Maybe they were meant to run oversized? They're also quite long.

Love these pants! Wore them an entire week on the mountain and while we walked around the town. Super flattering and comfortable. The length was perfect for me, but they did run a little big around the waist and thighs. I’m definitely ordering another pair, possibly in an extra small.

Way too big

I ordered a Medium in these and they were huge and way to long! I have owned the same pair of Burton snowboard pants for 14 years, had three kids and still LOVE them, but they are just not waterproof any longer. So I have been on the hunt for pants for the last 4 months! I have been to every store in my town in person to try on all the brands and nothing seems to be fitting me. It is seriously so frustrating! I put in 20- 30 days a year XC, snowboarding, some back country and snow biking (my new fav) I am having the hardest time finding snowboarding pants to fit my body type. Who designs these pants?? I bought these thinking the higher waist would be nice, I mean who the heck wants low rider pants when you are snowboarding? That's the worst idea, you get snow in them. Honestly, snow gear companies need a major re-design of women's snow pants. I am almost 5'3, 135lbs athletic build with hips, glutes and muscular thighs. The last three pants I have tried are either way too long and will drag on the ground, or way too tight in the thighs and too roomy in the waist, so it looks like a bag around waist. I need to be able to squat down, pick up my kids if they fall and have room for different underlayers depending on the conditions. I almost gave up until finally I found a pair of Volcom bibs with stretch that fit me! I really wanted Gore-Tex but I can't find ANY Gore-Tex pants that fit me, I have tried them all on.
