Keepin Out The Sun
I wear these at work, I work in oil & gas in Australia. It's hot. Hotter than hell. About 120f in summer average. On the ropes (rope access) this keeps the sun off my face like no other. I can't work without them! To the point my company even gets them made by Buff with their own branding.
So many uses!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I've used it a few times skiing and while its not warm like a neck gaiter it really cuts down on chafe from the wind and sun. I plan on using it in the summer as well when fishing. Wicks away sweat well and is machine washable. Great to have around!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
While I cannot claim I'm from Vermont, its my 2nd home, and my mom always said I was raised in the wrong state! Great to rep some east coast pride out here in Utah. Primary use is face and neck sun protection while fly fishing, and it does the job extremely well! Dip it in the water and cool off while fishing the hot August afternoons!
