Go to Marathon Shorts
I have finally found my Marathon shorts. Super comfy and finally a pair of shorts with pockets at the back and sides. Allowing easy access to be able to grab gels during a marathon. Highly recommend this product to any runner.

Cannot carry smartphone
Nice material and design, but the back pocket opening is too small for a regular size smartphone.

Premium running shorts but with some issues.
When I first got these I noticed that the quality was very high. Didn't expect them to be so "premium" compared to other brands. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 and it just fits with a protective case. The negative is that the inner liner could be bigger because the package doesn't fit completely. The sizes are a little big in my opinion. The laces has to be tight for the shorts to fit. I'm 186cm tall and my waist is 82cm. I bought Medium. One more negative thing is that the zipper kinda scratches your t-shirt. Brooks has to fix that. I still give it 4/5 stars because of the good premium quality. Pardon my english.

New favorite
Risked trying these out on a humid rugged 20 mile trail run. Glad I did. Everything stays right in place. Light. Quick drying. My new favorite shorts.

Best running shorts for any distance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before my half marathon, I gave these a try and ended up buying two more. They have a wide band that keeps them from sliding down and makes them very comfortable. The pocket at the back has a zip which I prefer to velcro. The side pockets may seem small, but they are actually only sewn together at the top. You can safely store gels and similar items flat in the pocket without the risk of them falling out. I have tried other brands but keep coming back to these.

Great Shorts - Run Large
Great light shorts to pop on and go. My phone has a little bounce in the back pocket but not too noticeable. I am a 31-32 waist (medium most brands) and the small fits well in these.

Best way to beat the heat
When you're trying to reduce layers to beat the heat, this is a great option. Zipper punch for your phone is secure with little bounce, additional pockets for gels eliminates the need for a pack. Dispersed sweat effectively with no moisture, so no friction. On long runs in the summer heat these shorts really have all you need.

Great running shorts
They are comfortable, they look good, and they have good storage. The only thing I didn't like was the position of the drawstring. It would have been better on the outside of the waistband so it didn't get pressed against me.

Recommend shorts!
Great pair shorts, and recommend. Suggestion to Brooks, elastic waistband or some other mechanism to keep shorts from slipping with phone in center backed zipper pocket. Also, the drop pockets are great but could be better as envelope type pockets so items dont slide out.
