- Q & A
Good sports bra
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: 34DD
I bought this for my girlfriend. Her feedback- I agree with the other review, this is a great sports bra for large chests (I am 34DD) but I prefer the old version better. It had more coverage in the middle and a more sturdy back. I feel like the front rides down a bit when I am running. However, all around no other brand beats Brooks Moving Comfort.
Bummed with the Changes
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
- Fit: Runs large
- Size Bought: 34D
The original, Moving Comfort, Juno Bra was my favorite sports bra in the history of the land. It would not be an exaggeration to say that it changed how I felt about running and being active and empowered me to crush runs with my boobs safely and comfortably supported.
I'd gone through four Juno bras and was time for a replacement. Enter this latest iteration of the Juno Bra, which is now produced by Brooks. I ordered my usual size (both for regular bras, as well as each other Juno: 34D).
The first thing I noticed was that it was easier to put on than my old one (to lift over my head). Okay...this is good, I thought. But, once on, the cups fit far looser than the older version in the same size. Further, the shoulder straps are now thinner (good) but shorter (fine), which left me feeling discombobulated, trying to adjust the straps.
I did like the new narrowness of the chest band in feel, but I worry that it wouldn't hold up for the same support as the width of the older version.
Overall, I'll be exchanging this for a different size, and will have to try out a few to see which fits best. I'll report back once I find out!
