Basic trail shoe runs a little small.
Not as comfy cushioned as Adrenaline or Ghost. I also find the front of the shoe presses down on my big toes unnecessarily. Maybe a half size up from your usual Brooks might help.

loved the look of these but didn't suit my feet So i cant comment on comfort. I needed more support at my instep, having high arches. Its difficult getting a fit for my feet so Im happy to find brooks Glycerine 19

Comfort every time
There is no need to break in Brooks trainers. As soon as they arrived I ran 10km no drama. I would never purchase an alternative brand of running shoe.

Please don't buy this shoes
Zero stars.. Don't buy this shoes, They are not true the size and your toe nails will come out ! I want to be a true trail runner so I purchased my first pair of shoes, big mistake chosen this ones. I have a big race coming up so I save the shoes for an occasional long runs, Every time was uncomfortable and my nails start to come out. They are no comfortable , I have run in the trails for 1 year with regular road shoes, brooks, never own a trail shoes before, I felt very disappointed at this model. Don't buy it please.. my nails are in soo much pain.
