Cascadia 17 men

They are a little hard on my heals, not much cushion in the back. I wish they came is wide size. Overall, they have nice grip, decent spring, and perform well!

Why change what’s working?

I’ve had at least a handful of Cascadias over the years and they’ve all fit great…until now. The 17’s are longer than the 16’s and have more room in the heel cup. I’ll probably switch to the Hoka Speedgoat now.

Treat but worth it

A great purchase. First time going for a progressional p[aid of hiking trainers and can honestly say you get what you was for. Comfortable and given the wet terrain i walk through allow drainage. Would recommend.

Good shoe but I'm returning them

I just received a pair of these today and took them out for a 13 mile trial trail run. I will be returning them due to the fact the toe box was so narrow that my toes were smashed together and rubbing on one another. I loved so much about this shoe. From the shoe laces and tuck loop to the traction and response. These would be my favorite trail shoes and I would have bought several more pairs before they changed the next years model but I just couldn't see running or training for an ultra with such a cramped toe box. I wish more companies would adapt the wider toe box like Altra. Unfortunately that's what I'm going back to even though I wanted to get away from the zero drop.

Great shoes!

Love the shoe but would have liked a little more cushion for my baby feet. I have the EE width.

Great shoe!!

Ordering, shipping were great. Love the look of the shoe. I ordered these for camping but wear them for most occasions. The width seems to be a little tighter than what I usually get in a normal width shoe. Would buy again though!!
