Sent damaged hat!

Familiarity:: I returned this product before using it
Size Bought:: Xsmall
Height:: 5' 3"
Weight:: 120

Not only did they send the hat in a box too small, it permanently damaged my hat by doing so. Also I agree with the other review I saw about something being off about the hat. I ordered a hat from Brixton and it was the Joanna as well and it was different, more solid, and bigger actually. I do not know if these are authentic. Please do not try to flag my comment t for the sake of your business. I have posted a picture with this.
