Trail riding is easy: just take a bike, add a rider, and air up the tires. If you're missing any of these elements, a ride turns into a hike (or a bike just lying on the side of a trail, in the case of a missing rider), so protect against a sudden loss of tire pressure with the Blackburn Mountain AnyValve Mini Pump. The Mountain AnyValve is small enough to mount on a frame with the included hardware but substantial enough to re-inflate the spirits of depressed tires. Since it's equipped with Blackburn's Presta/Schrader/Dunlop AnyValve pump head, the pump's salubrious powers are also already compatible with your valves.

I should have read the reviews

- I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
As others have mentioned, this thing is surprisingly big - about twice the size of my Lezyne bottle cage mounted pump. I personally would keep a pump of this size in my car, or put it in my backpack on longer rides, or mount it on a commuter bike frame. But for a mountain bike, it is simply too big. Also, you must mount it with the handle facing up or the handle will fall down very easily. I don't doubt that it pumps up tires very well with this increased volume, but I should have read the reviews first and purchased a small pump.
