Blackburn Local U-Lock Combo Lock

Great lock, it does what it's intended to do and keeps your bike secure. The lock mechanism is pretty simple, and the lock comes with a frame attachment so you can attach the lock to your bike frame when you're riding your bike and not using the lock.

I like this lock a lot. It feels secure, and have had no issues with the locking mechanism so far. The cable is nice for the wheels, or for helping that one friend who always forgets their lock when going downtown for a couple beers...

The U lock portion of this is great. It's easy to use and it's secured my bike perfectly thus far. The cable lock is supposed to be able to lock your wheels to the U-lock portion, but it's really short and nearly impossible to use. It's sort of a wasted part, in my mind. It does fit if you pass one end of the cable portion through its loop, and then put the other loop thru the U portion, but it can be a bit annoying.
All in all it does the trick

This lock is effective! It's nice that the cable can reach both wheels, so there's minimal concern wherever you leave your bike. It does occasionally give me trouble when locking and unlocking, but overall it's a solid lock, very effective and it's nice it comes with the hardware to mount it on your bike.

Blackburn makes great products, this U-lock works great and I love that it came with a cable for the front wheel. It is also nice that they give you 3 extra keys for it as well!

This lock is okay. Maybe if I had gone for a bigger size it would have been easier to use. So far it has not rusted but the lock can be really hard to remove since it get's stuck on the railing. Also, the locking mechanism is not as smooth as the masterlock. If you want a lock that won't rust then go for this one.
