Central Full Fender Set
Getting hit with a spontaneous storm when on your commute to the office is no fun, and it's certainly not made better by the cover of wheel spray that your rear-end receives as soon as the road starts to get damp. Protect yourself from the humiliation of walking into your 9-o'clock meeting with a case of mud-butt with the Blackburn Central Full Fender Set. Easy to mount on nearly any bike, the Central Full Fender Set attaches simply to your quick-release skewers to stay securely in place. Its steel mountain hardware features a distinct bend, allowing the clearance you need to install the fender along with disc brakes. The front fender also comes equipped with a safety breakaway mount, so a crash or hang up on a curb doesn't end with serious frame or wheel damage. Both front and rear wheel feature Blackburn's Shower Curtain — a slightly wide extension on the bottom of the fender, in front this helps keep your feet dry when things get wet, and in rear it protects your buddies behind you from catching wheel spray to the face.

- I've used it several times
So fun story: I just got these a few days ago and put them on my Surly Straggler commuter build. I started biking to work because there wasn't really a winter in Salt Lake, and as I was fiddling with them in the office, it started to snow. By the time I left for the trek home, 3 inches on the ground. These performed flawlessly. Set up was a little rough, but nearly everything on a bike is about give and take. Just adjust it and the ride a little and play with it till it works. Tools you might need to get these installed: #3 allen wrenches (comes with one too, if my size is wrong, it's whatever the standard bottle screw mount size is), 7/8?/10 mm wrench for the nuts, and patience. Sorry, the list isn't definitive, you might need more or less depending on your bike needs. If you have any questions, you can always email me (I'm secretly a gearhead)- firstname.lastname@example.org.

How come CC doesn't stock the typical sizes? Where's the 35 & 45mm version?
