Stormline Stretch Rain Pant
Black Diamond built the StormLine Stretch Rain Pants to help you push your limits even when the weather disagrees, so you’ll feel confident and secure when clouds start to form above the timberline. A stretch face fabric with DWR finish repels wind, rain, and snow as you work your way up past the treeline and into the deluge. As the terrain becomes more rugged, a gusseted seat and articulated knees increase mobility. When the storm passes and the summit comes back into view, simply stow the pants into the zippered back pocket and start your final push for the summit.

I really want to like these rain pants - they're comfy and long enough for my 33 inch inseam legs, but they just don't work with hiking boots. Even with the zippers on the legs, I can't get them on and off over my boots. I wear a size 9 boot, so if you have smaller feet, you might be able to, but you're still going to get mud all over the inside of the pants.
