Solution Honnold Edition Harness
This Black Diamond Solution Harness is a limited edition with a unique colorway and professional rock climber Alex Honnold's signature on one of the leg loops. Apart from that, it's the same best-selling harness from Black Diamond. Fusion Comfort Technology fuses three separate strands to four-way stretch nylon and 3D air mesh to ensure the best performance on the wall as well as a comfortable catch when you're off the wall. The Solution comes with four gear loops, an auto-locking waist belt, and elastic leg loops with detachable risers.

I’m 6’3” about 225lbs with a 36 waist my question is should I go with the Large or XL size?

I would recommend going with an XL. However, if you feel like you are torn between sizes, you could also order both sizes, and return whatever does not work.
