Awesome lantern with backup for phone
- I've used it several times
In this day and age having ones mobile might defeat the purpose of being in the outdoors, but having a bit of backup juice doesn't hurt. Charges straight from the lantern, with extra AA battery capacity, this thing is bright. Only complaint is that it tends to shine in your face so hanging from a line while camping is nearly a must. Also, don't forget it charges slow, so more for emergency vs keeping a mobile charged.

how much can you charge other devices with a full charge on this thing?

Tom, I've only charged my phone, but it seemed to have juice leftover. I bet it could charge a tablet once over.
