Glissade Glove
Whether you're ice climbing or backcountry touring, you'll appreciate the dexterity that the Black Diamond Men's Glissade Glove has to offer when you're placing a screw or buckling your boots. This mid-warmth glove has a full gauntlet and BDry waterproof insert to keep your hands dry when tackling the wettest pillar or the sloppiest spring slush. A 100g fleece lining provides the ideal amount of insulation for aerobic activities that would fill a warmer glove with sweat, while the Thinsulate synthetic insulation offers furnace-like fervor when you need it most. And, thanks to a durable leather palm and hinged knuckles, the Glissade Glove gives you the freedom of movement to handle the most technical tasks with ease.

Just got them in the mail
I bought these gloves for biking around town in the winter when the wind and dry cold tears my hands apart. I wanted something warm but not too bulky with good dexterity. I hoped they could also be versatile for snow shoeing or working outside in the winter. After trying them on the fit is mostly as expected, my hands have wide palms and short wide fingers. I got the medium and the glove fits well but the fingers are a bit long. They seem to be made of quality materials and very warm and lightweight. I have yet to test them in extreme conditions but based off the material and feel I expect them to hold up well. I will update when I've put them through the ringer.

Great glove

Excellent glove for higher output activities like xc/bc skiing. Very lightweight, dexterous, and breath well. They can be worn in relatively warm winter weather and down to about 0F, if you keep moving. I hook a lightweight OR mitten shell to my belt loop that goes over these gloves for when standing still or for really cold days. These gloves are light enough they work well under the shell. This aspect makes them very versatile in how they can cover a broad range of temps. Durable. My first pair is starting to show wear after quite a few years of hard use so I just ordered a backup pair. The thin leather palm feels great on ski pole and is far more durable than I expected. Sawing downed trees and clearing trail during a ski is not uncommon and these gloves have proven to be remarkably tough despite being so lightweight, thin, and dexterous.
