the second one is easy
installing the first brake requires the fritschi video very carefully. It felt more like a sleigh of hand watching the pieces pop together. Yet, don't lose faith, eventually thery do and once you have the feel, the second one comes easy. Before trying to mae the various bits detach and reattach, stare at the underside and how the nut head seats. That nut pressing against it's plastic entrapping edges is what holds the brake assembly in place; the trick is bending the bits so the bolt unseats and reseats into place. The other thing is figure oout a way to measure exactly where the sliding platform is before you loosen it. It will save time readjusting the binding to your boots, assuming you were skiing without brakes and just purchased them as an afterthought. There is an option for attaching regular cable things to protect against ski loss. There's a subtle illustration in ther Fritschi manual. When the front binding lever is lifted there is a tiny tunnel that one can pass a cable through if you've got the right sort, I'm assuming one made by Fritschi; a very narrow cable. Too wide and the front lever won't move up the way you want.

Well made
Well made and easy to install. Fit on a 112 mm wasit ski despite being sized for a 105 mm max.

Relatively easy to install
I had a hard time finding instruction on how to install on already mounted skis, but it wasn't hard. Just back your mounted bindings all the way using the rear size adjustment screw. The plate slides off. Unsnap the ski brake holder, assemble the system and then snap it back on. One issue with the brakes I received: one was missing the white anti-icing plate.
