i have only been on a few runs but so far so good. very, very light and light feeling. very well ventilated. just a couple of notes. if you have items in the forward bottom (stash?) pockets, it restricts the space for the soft flasks to fully seat... and a partially placed soft flask will fall out. I really like the soft flasks and use them in my distance 8 pack. I run with leki trekking pole and they would also fall out of the carry system... often. The work around was to place an extra loop of the upper bungy cord around all the poles before tightening the cord lock. That works very well and is a minimally longer procedure and much more secure than the suggested method. All in all, a really great product. Highly recommended (with suggestions)
