These stiff axles are designed to fit perfectly in the arms of a Bkool trainer, and come in three different sizes for different thread-pitches, so you'll want to make sure you pick the right one for your bike to avoid nasty cross-threading, but once you've determined your right model it's a simple and easy switch to get you on the bike and rolling.
