I've used it several times

I took on a one week kayaking trip and it could not keep my phone and gps charged reliably. It drained too quickly. It is lite but not enough capacity to keep things charged when away from power most of the day.

Perfect for traveling and backpacking

Relatively small and light, can charge your phone (iphone 11) multiple times and fast. Can also charge headlight, gps watch, ...

Great battery pack

Great simple battery pack. Works very well. Used it to travel and charge iPad, phone and head lamp.

Great power bank but lacks in marketing…

A great power bank, but just wish Biolite marketing would promote more why to purchase this rather than a power bank costing half as much that does the exact same job. I’m all for their work in third world countries where the extra cost probably goes to…it would just be nice to know for sure though.

The Sweet Spot

Had a 5000 mAh pack which was sufficient for two charging emergencies with my iPhone 8. Upgraded to an iPhone 10 so needed a bigger pack. I really liked the portability of my old pack so I considered the Charge 20 PD but decided I wanted the extra juice. This feels huge vs the old pack, but I'd put this one as the sweet spot between power and physical size; I wouldn't want bigger or heavier. The grey part of the body is a softer textured plastic to improve your grip. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Best purchase, I've bought two other different chargers this one is better than all.
