Gone but not forgotten.
If you catch yourself waxing poetic about the days of Cipo, il Pirata, and Mercatone Uno's dominance in the pro peloton on a regular basis, we'd imagine you were just the person Biemme Sports had in mind when creating its Mercatone Uno Vintage Kit Men's Jersey. Allowing you to show your forever allegiance to the bygone grocery chain team and its memorable, charismatic roster of riders, the jersey will also help you singlehandedly ensure sure the 1990s don't become a foreign decade to today's young tifosi.
Constructed with a durable, stretchy blend of polyester and elastane, the jersey is fittingly made in Italy with a slim but not aero that's fit ideal for everyday training rides. It features expected extras like three rear pockets for stowing snacks or a Pantani-inspired bandana and an elastic waistband to keep it, and its famous graphics, in place whether you prefer to spend your rides climbing, sprinting, or pedaling to the coffee shop.

- Q & A
Jersey is fine, typical Italian sizing
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
- Fit: Runs small
- Size Bought: XXL
I so much wanted to love and keep this jersey. My dad's family is from San Marino, close to Pantani's home town. The Mercatone Uno team was actually based in San Marino in its early days, and I have fond memories of going shopping at Mercatone Uno in Rimini with my late cousin. Unfortunately for me, I have a former weight lifter's build and the sizing for this Biemme jersey is very typical Italian sizing, and even an XXL isn't really close for me. The fabric is fine, stretchy, and light, the jersey's length is fairly short, and has a gripper around the waist area. Colors and graphics are done nicely. I've got around a 45in chest, but this XXL is really for someone close to probably a 41-42 chest, especially if you wanted to wear a base layer underneath.
