Burner Tail Light
Stay seen on your daily commute with the Beryl Burner Tail Light. This handy light provides a whopping 100-lumens to help you stay seen on the road in sun or shade, and provides 180-degree light spread to help motorists view you from their peripherals as they bustle about through the city. The light provides up to 60 hours of run time on Normal Steady mode, but offers 6 total modes, including Bright, Sweep, Beating, Chase, and Sides, that offer different effects to help increase your visibility in different conditions. Should you start to run low, the light automatically shifts into Power Save mode, which sets you up with an additional 5 hours of light when your battery depleats down to 15%. Should you want to check where your power level is before the ride, simply tap the center button for a quick read on current power level. Beryl boasts that the light is completely waterproof, making it an ideal partner for daily rides regardless of the weather, which we find especially helpful, since rainy and dreary rides are often the rides in which we need extra visibility the most.

- Q & A
Why I bought the light. I like the design of the light itself. The light is unique and bright, I anticipate it will grab the attention of drivers and cyclists alike. The quality is superb. This is not a cheap plastic light.
Why I returned the light. The recharging cable attachment was finicky and required perfect placement for the light to charge. I wanted a light that could be mounted on my rack. While this light offers different mounting options they were difficult to find online and I gave up after 5 different searches. The functionality of the on/off switch is a bit cumbersome. I liked it but I didn’t love it and for the $70. Price tag I really wanted to love it.
