I have used this helmet for skiing, biking and kayaking. The quality is great but the fit can be loose. When you are skiing a beanie or the liner are great for securing it on your head. However in the summer it can be a little loose without a hat on underneath. It works to keep your head safe but watch your face rocks are everywhere!

love this helmet. was riding steeps recently, came out of the trees and an out of control rider nailed me. Went right over my head with her board. My head was completely protected and i got up and was good to go.
