Beal Zenith Climbing Rope - 9.5mm

Zenith Climbing Rope

Projects are such personal exploits that, on redpoint day, the only one cheering louder than your belayer is yourself, but that doesn't stop you from feeling like you're accepting an award in front of your entire fanbase. This would be the time where you'd like to thank your sponsors, and even though you don't have any, you might want to show a little gratitude to your belayer, climbing shoes, and Beal's Zenith Climbing Rope for not weighing you down as you climbed to success. A 9.5mm diameter places this rope smack dab in the middle of every climbing rope, as far as thickness is concerned. It strikes a stunning balance between lightweight suppleness and long-lasting durability for sport climbers who want to feel light without compromising overall strength.

  • Performance-oriented climbing rope for projects at the crag
  • 9.5mm diameter balances light weight, suppleness, and durability
  • Middle marker makes for quicker rappels

No frayed knots here!

I've put it through the wringer

If you aren't actively climbing in the rain and use a rope tarp/bag, you can get the non-dry version of this guy and save you some monies. So far this has been one of my favorite ropes. I've had Sterling, Mammut, and Petzl ropes before. Climbed with this one in both Squamish and Smith Rock and it's done great on both single and multi-pitch routes. Soft but not squishy straight outta the coil, and shows very minimal wear after a solid season. If it's still available when this one wears out, I'll be getting another.

One of the top ropes in the market!

I've put it through the wringer

I have been putting this rope through the wringer this summer and has been holding up really well! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a thicker , lightweight rope.

Dope Rope!

I've put it through the wringer

Have had this rope for over a year now and it's truly stood up to the climbing test. Middle marker is vivid on the turquoise color-way and this size glides smoothly through all belay devices (GriGri & ATC Guide) that I use on a regular basis. Also excels as a gym rope. Really does it all!

What kind of pants are those? Love that color!
