For your favorite kind of days.
Spring has to be one of the best times to live in the mountains, especially when the resorts are still covered with snow up high and the lower elevation trails have dried out just enough to take the dog out for a long stroll. Basin and Range must have had this perfect time of year in mind when it designed the Women's Quinn's Primaloft Jacket. Based in the quintessential mountain town of Park City, Utah, Basin and Range made this jacket for those days that consist of a couple of ski laps in the morning, a midday cup of coffee with friends, and that walk with Sparky in the golden light of afternoon.
Quinn's Primaloft Jacket is packed full of a light and breathable synthetic insulation that retains insulating properties even if it happens to get a bit damp. It offers the convenience of being lightweight and packable, so you can throw it in your backpack when the sunshine shows that summer is just around the corner and pull it back out to watch the sunset at the apex of your walk. The face of the fabric is also treated with an eco-friendly DWR finish to repel moisture, so it'll shed some of that springtime slush on the ski slope or the dew from the mountain meadow you're walking through.
