it is SCRATCHY and sheds so much - bummer, loved the color + fit but the scratch is painful to the touch

Sheds worse than a house full of cats!!

These cardigans are very soft to the touch, and the Paisley is a pretty color. I thought the price point ($53) was good for the materials (wool, alpaca, hemp), but when I tried these on it looked like I had snuggled with a handful of cats during shedding season!! I wear a lot of darker colors AND I cannot handle things that shed, so these were a no go for me. As for size, I got both an XL and a L. I'm typically an XL and the XL was oversized for sure, but not in a frumpy way. The L fit well. These are made in China, for those who want more information than just, "Imported". I just received them and have already initiated a return.

I love this sweater and it super cozy and cute. It feel well made and thick. It runs large to give the baggy look so I recommend sizing down if you want a more fitted look or keeping true to size if you are looking for the baggy look. For reference I am 5'8'' 165lbs and curvy and i got the medium and it still gave me the baggy look.
