Warm, weird fit
- Familiarity:

I have a boxy frame, wider shoulders, small butt and hips. This jacket is SO cute but definitely size up. I feel good in the shoulders, could maybe use some more room and it is V snug around my hips and backside. Otherwise very warm and I like that the fur can come off!

This jacket is sooooo cozy! I love the hoodie and honestly everything about it, it is very warm and you can wear it with multiple layers. I usually wear a medium so that?s what I got and it fits perfect. I got the black color but I will say it looks more like a dark grey, no complaints though!

Warm and roomy in the chest

I originally purchased this coat for myself. I?m 5 foot nothing and have short arms, so shopping for a coat online is dreadful. I got a large because I?m also 150 lbs and heard the coat runs small. I guess I agree, but not by a lot. In conclusion, the coat is too big for me. The arms dangle and it?s just not a good fit. Thankfully, my daughter is 5?6, 156 lbs and chesty (size D) so she filled this coat in nicely. It does have a drawstring on the inside for her to pull in, giving her an hourglass figure. She looks beautiful. The coat is warm but not bulky. She loves all the snack holes (pockets). I?m trying again with a medium. Hope it works out.

Took this all the way to Germany in the middle of winter and up to Zugspitze and was super warm! So many hidden pockets and fashionable. I got a large which was fine because i wanted to wear a hoodie underneath.

And I'm obsessed with it. I've had it for a few years and given it a lot of use, wearing it pretty much daily around town during Baltimore city winters. It definitely gets the job done, keeping me warm and dry while also looking sleek. I picked this jacket for the faux fur lined hood and the unique style (loved that it comes in gray, not black), and was not disappointed - I get tons of compliments on it. Some other features I like: the fur lining on the hood is removable if that's not your jam; the super spacious exterior pockets (they fit my phone and wallet, so often no need to carry a purse); the longer thigh length; and the storm cuffs for keeping the cold out of the sleeves. The few things that I found annoying about the older version of this coat, seem to have been fixed in this version! I found the hood to be annoyingly large, and it would fall down in my face/obstruct my view. It looks as if they've added a cinch, which would definitely solve that problem. I also didn't love how the lower pockets had a flap/snap closure because it made it more difficult to tuck my hands in?another problem they solved. I do find that the jacket runs a little narrow through the hips, but unzipping the bottom a bit to increase range of motion definitely helps if you need to walk more quickly/take longer strides. I think the older version has an adjustable waist cinch to also help with the fit, but it seems that may have been eliminated here. If you're iffy or in-between sizes, I'd recommend sizing up to more comfortably fit thicker winter clothes underneath. All in all, you really can't go wrong with this jacket!!
