Weird fit
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
- Size Bought:
- XS and S
- Weight:
- 120
I wanted to love this sweater because it's really quite pretty. The bell sleeves bring a little elegance to a simple piece. The cropping falls nicely, and you could wear this for both casual and something dressier. But, its downfall is it's too big in some areas and too tight in others. The sizing seems way off. It's loose fitting in the torso and armpits, but the sleeves are tight (I don't have thick arms). Then, the back upper shoulder area at the neck is both short and tight. It made me hunch. I ordered a S in the beige, and I was swimming in it despite that being the recommended size. Then I ordered an XS in the grey (it's beautiful, by the way), and that's where all the mismatched fitting was evident. I'm disappointed, because it was exactly the cardigan I was looking for: no buttons, open sweater, pockets and cropped. Not very easy to find. P.S. The acrylic is slightly scratchy.
