    SK8 Stand-Up Paddleboard

Surf that river wave you have always cruised past or spotted from the road on the Badfish SK8 River Surfboard. This river surfing specific deck is built using traditional surf construction, a concave top, and full length EVA foam to ensure that you have the response and control that you demand. Additionally a blunt nose boosts the overall volume to let you surf slower waves while the tri-fin system and rounded tail make sure you can carve and slash turns with ease until the sun sets.

    • Surf style construction is responsive and lightweight
    • Concave shape with EVA foam keeps you connected and in control
    • FCS Tri-fin design boosts maneuverability for tight carves
    • Blunt nose adds volume to stay afloat on slower river waves
    • Rounded tail helps with stability so you can focus on tricks
    • Comfortable carry handle helps you get to the river with ease

    Longer Season With This Board

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

For shortboard river surfing, the SK8 has allowed me to surf the early spring season and the fall here in Colorado. When ocean boards or other shortboards need to wait for just the right conditions during peak runoff, I am putting in tons of days a year because this thing combines volume with performance.

    My go-to river surf board

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Sk8 changed my shortboard surf game. From pop-ups to push-ons, green waves to foam piles, this board has brought my surfing to the next level. Love the feel of the full deck traction, FCS tri-fin set-up, and how lightweight the EPS fiberglass construction makes the board. Can’t say enough about this small town company in Colorado. They know their stuff!

    My go-to river surf board

Performance and fun all in one!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Love this board!! I've tried both sizes of the SK8 and the ISK8 too. All of them are very fun, but the SK8 5'6" is the best board for my wave. My local wave is green and fairly slow, so the extra flotation and wide planing surface of the 5'6" is a huge plus. I can carve, ollie, and 360 this board to my hearts content! This board has held up great over 3 seasons of year round use (river surfing conditions in Iowa can vary drastically throughout winter, spring, summer, and fall.) The full length traction pad is excellent for tricks and helps me stick to the board. Badfish has a definitive winner in this board design. It has the perfect amount of rocker, width, length and volume for catching river waves of all shapes and sizes.

Performance and fun all in one!
