We constructed the Slacked Out Gripper to give us a compact, easy option to carry snacks and tools on our long rides. The removable, adjustable straps let us secure it to our seatpost or frame in various configurations. With the expandable, compressible design, it doesn't flip or flop as we pedal over gravel no matter how much or little we packed. When we're in need of our emergency candy, the buckle flap grants us access in a cinch.

Not practical
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
The Bag is small and ugly, doesnt fit too much things. The straps been hanging under the Bag. Maybe I can be use it on a bikepack.

Great! For the right bike
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This product has worked great for me on both my gravel bike and my hardtail mountain bike. It fits a multitool, a tube, tire levers, and a car key no problem. Just be sure you check your frame style prior to purchasing. There are very few full-suspension bikes this will work on, so it is primarily hardtail/road/gravel frames.

Out of the box review
So the pictures are kind of confusing but this thing has 4 straps to anchor to your bike, not 3. But I guess that's why they're removable. I could do without the excess webbing. It's not detrimental to performance, but it is a nuisance that could potentially catch on things. I kind of wish the straps weren't Velcro since that doesn't hold up to wet/mud very well, but since I shouldn't' be riding wet trail conditions anyway, I'll withhold judgement for now. I'm impressed with how much I could stuff into it. I fit 1 spare 29in tube, 1-2 CO2 carriages, a small patch kit, small multi bike tool, 2 spoons, spare valves, and extra screws. I don't like carrying these things in a backpack and prefer a bike bag so I never forget what I need. I'm switching over from an under-the-saddle bag and this one looks much more secure and durable. I'm a pretty paranoid rider and I appreciate this bag enabling me to always be prepared like the Boy Scout I never was.
