How to Measure:: For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
Chest:: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Sleeve:: Have someone measure from the center of the back neck down the arm, with arm slightly bent, to the wrist bone.
Waist:: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Inseam:: Measure from the crotch to the floor with no shoes.
Hip:: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your legs.
