Lost Gift Card

Bought a Gift Card for a Grandson and he lost it. Asked if I could get a replacement. And was told by a Gearhead that they would not unless I knew the Gift card number. Who knows what the Card number is. Let alone a phone number these days. No happy with backcountry. I usually buy from here but now not so sure. Good thing there are plenty of other companies that sells the same products.

Invalid Card

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Two months after receiving a backcountry gift card as a present, I still haven't been able to resolve why I can't redeem the card. When attemping to make a purchase on their website it say its an invalid gift card? So basically your rolling the dice when buying one of these. Would not recommend.
