    The Best!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Wife: I've had a lot of coffee mugs over the years and this one is by far my favorite! It keeps my coffee piping hot even if I don't get to it for a while and best of all, it doesn't spill. After a year the lid got pretty gross so that had to be replaced but otherwise this is the perfect mug!

    Tight like a Toiger

Great trigger lid design. Simply put, when I need a thermos it's because I'm driving somewhere and drinking coffee, within 10-20 minutes of making it - so I want something that will keep it warm (not ungodly hot) and allow me to drink it easily. This thermos definitely checks those boxes, but I'd say it is not as hot as the hydro flask or Yeti.

My husband and I got a Stanley mug and this one to try out for a daily travel mugs, and we actually prefer this one! Great size, keeps coffee hot, and the trigger is easy to use and locks when you don't want it to be pressed. Great buy!

    Spillproof and dishwasher safe too!

Really good mug. Beware when unlocking something hot, you will get a jet packed punch of steam first. The unlocking is also a bit weird at first, but you get used to it quickly. Dishwasher safe, which is a bonus, but the whole thing gets a good sudsy shake before going in the machine just in case.

    Great thermal mug

This mug has a great design... it just don't spill when locked or unlocked if you knock it over. Purpose of the lock is so it doesn't leak or spill if the button gets pushed in your pack. When lock, no chance. It is all in the design of the lid which is easy to use. My previous mugs have been flip tops of some kind so not having to open a lid is very nice. The only little issue is cleaning the lid., you just can't get in there and wipe it down unless you use a Qtip. For quick cleans hot water, put lid on and shake like your making a martini. Deep clean the DW will do the job. Keeps your coffee or in my case espresso hot for hours. I use it daily and have taken it on all kinds of issue what so ever. I bring my portable espresso maker wherever I travel so I have used it everyday no matter where I am. Your just a push of a button away from your fix... enjoy!

Spills? a'int no body got time for that!

If you are looking for a great coffee mug with a great sealed lid. This mug from Avex is the mug for you. This is a mug that is spill proof and therefore burn proof. Not even Kosmo Kramer himself could get burned. The top has a locking feature that prevents anything from dripping out of the bottle, I've tossed this mug in by bag upside down to test it and wouldn't you know, completely dry and no spills. Keeps that cup of Joe hot for several hours with that double wall vacuum seal works wonders. Jackie Chiles will have a hard time winning a case if Avex bottles is involved.

I have one of these I use at lease once a week and love giving them as gifts. They take a decent amount of abuse and do a great job keeping my liquids warm or cold at least most of the day. I like pre warming or cooling the bottle to get a little extra temp preserving power. Ill poor some boiling water in it or some ice water.

The top can be a little tricky to clean out if and is filled with hard to reach nooks.

The lock mode keeps everything dry no matter how you toss it around or what angle it is at. I haven't had any issues with it leaking.

    great design

The locking lid is awesome! I haven't had it very long but no complaints yet. I always used Klean Kanteens until one started to leak on me. I don't think they keep liquid as hot as the Kanteen does but I like the design and functionality much more.

    Works Great

Works as well as expected. Keeps the wife's hot water hot for hours on our outings, which means less complaining to me about lack of hot water availability around town and in the mountains!

    Love this!

I absolutely love this mug. My biggest beef with others was that there would always be a pool of coffee on the top as it is in my car cup holder, any bump and coffee would be all over my cup holder and sometimes on the seat. I could never put them in my bag either. This mug solves all that, not a drop is ever spilled. Not to mention that I also tend to knock these over on occasion. No problem, not a single drop is spilled. And if that is not enough, this thing keep my coffee hot for hours. AWESOME.

    Great Form and Function!

I have used a standard vacuum thermos living in the Colorado Rockies for years but no more! I no longer have to open the top, pour into the lid/cup, try to close the top, spill, etc. The Autoseal is incredible. Press the button to drink. Release to seal. SLIDE DOWN TO LOCK! Such an awesome feature for when you thrown the mug into a backpack. No spilling, super convenient, and it looks good too.

Is this a button, as in when you drink you keep it pressed and when you release the button it seals? Or has an open and closed position?

Is the plastic on your stainless thermal cup bpa free?
