These boots are amazing. I used them on a multi-day snowshoe/backpacking trip in northern Michigan with high temperatures in the single digits and evening lows dipping to -30 and my feet didn't have any issues. At the coldest, I did feel a little of the cold but never had any numbness or tingling. They breathed as good as can be expected with an extended snowshoeing trip and didn't need to use my spare socks. I also used them for a multi-day snowmobiling trip with temps in the teens and again had zero issues even after riding all day. I have them in a size 11 and normally wear 10.5. They are a little roomy in the toe-box but fit me great with a pair of expedition weight wool socks. From shoveling the driveway to extended trips in the frigid cold, these boots handle it all. Stiff enough to be supportive but they aren't too clunky to walk/hike in. I hope Backcountry keeps carrying these because they are worth every penny.
