Gel Kayano Lite Show
Colors are nice. Slight concern about webbed upper - will it be difficult to clean the fabric underneath. Fit is great in toe box and ankle. Just enough cushioning in sole as well.

Comfortable
Comfortable shoes, but look a little manly. I also find them to fit a little longer than the non lite show kayano in the same series, but it doesn’t bother me. I find the regular kayano a bit short in the same size, but too big half a size up. This shoes fits better, just not as pretty IMO.

this lite show pair particularly...
I have worn Asics Gel Kayanos for many years, and have had many pairs. Always very happy with them - until this pair of Gel Kayano 28 Lite Show. They just don't have the cushioning of all my previous pairs. At first I just thought they needed breaking in and I usually rotate several pairs for my workouts but no - my feet hurt after working out in these, and i've worked out in them a good 10-15 times. Not any more.

Perfect Shoe
I have purchased Asics shoes for many years and are the only running shoe I wear. I specifically like the Gel-Kayano as it has stability, is comfortable and fits well on my foot.

Not what I expected
They design is nice and wanted them to feel great. I wore them and the next day my heel was on fire, I haven't worn them since. I wanted to like them. Now I am stuck with them.

Fair
I had previously bought the Gel-Kayano 26 and liked them pretty good. I bought this shoe because I loved the color, however, it does not provide as much stability as I would like and the shoes are huge!! I always order up a size in running shoes and these look like big clown shoes on my feet!! I decided to keep them rather than go through the hassle of a return. Also, the laces were not the same size. The lace on the left shoe was waaaayyyy longer than the one on the right. Doesn't anyone check this stuff before placing them in the box??!! Probably won't buy the Kayano Lites again unless there is improvement.
